Any computer arriving at the shop for repair will require a Computer Analysis. This service is designed for us to check over every aspect of your computer, from your computer’s Power Supply to what internet browser you are using. This allows us to not only help pinpoint the exact issue that you have explained to us, but find any other problems which may arise in the future.

Operating System Repair
The majority of the computers that we repair will have some sort of operating system issue. This could be caused by viruses, a bad windows update or the cause may be unknown. This service allows us to do, essentially, whatever it takes to get your computer back on its feet. We will remove that virus, fix that broken update and insure that your operating system looks, acts and feels exactly or better than it moments before you brought it in.

Operating System Reload
Sometimes your operating system file structure is compromised and can no longer be fixed with the Operating System Repair. An Operating System Reload is a fresh start. We erase the content on the harddrive and re-write it with your computer’s default operating system. It’ll be exactly like it was when you took it out of its box.

Data Backup / Migration
What is your computer worth to you without the data that is on it? We understand that your personal and/or business data is the most important thing to you. That is why we offer to back up your data before proceeding with any repair related service. We can back it up to supplied DVD(s) or an External HDD, or we can simply save your data, fix your computer and re-copy it back to your repaired computer.
